Lifestyle is the individual’s personal choice but the environment impacts your behavior. Where you are born and grow. Heredity and environment influence personality. All that we inherit from our parents’ grandparents, great-grandparents, and so on as a gift is called heredity. Heredity is the passing on of traits(eye color, hair color, height, body structure, facial features, skin color, gender) from parents to their offspring. Heredity affects our character both physically and mentally. An environment consists of everything around us which influences us externally(school, neighborhood, family members). Human characteristics are not only determined solely by heredity rather than environment plays a facet role. For example, if the parents of a child both are tall but the child is a victim of malnutrition since birth, now it is normal that the child should become a skinny cracker. So we can say that environment and heredity both are essential for the proper development of a child. Inside the womb also, the environment can affect a child whatever the mother eats or drink have an impact on the growth and development of the child. Lifestyle affected by pollution, violence, the financial condition of family, terrorism, bad company, etc. We can’t change our heredity but we can change our nurture and being a better human beings.
