Choose Your Equipment

The first decision you will have to make is what type of vaporizer you want to use to vape your CBD oil. You can opt for a CBD vape pen or a tank-style vape where you put in the CBD e-liquid.

The most common and best one for beginners is the pen-style vape which looks like a pen. The heating element is a coil that is inside the chamber which holds the oil. The coil heats up and vaporizes the vape oil.

The other option is a tank-style vape where you can refill the tank with your favorite CBD oil. With this option, the heating coils inside the tank are wrapped with silica wick, nylon, or cotton. When you inhale into the pen the e-liquid is absorbed into these materials and then is vaporized into smoke.

CBD Dosage

Step By Step Directions

Stand the steam unit up inside a bowl and fill the bowl with white vinegar until the vinegar level is below the battery. If you are able to detach the battery go ahead and do that because you do not want any vinegar to go inside the battery compartment. You want the white vinegar to cover the filter area and let it soak for a minimum of ten minutes.

Once it is done soaking wipe down the inside of the reservoir with a soft cloth that is dampened with vinegar. Also, wipe down the outside of the reservoir with the same cloth.

If you have heavy build-up, use a soft scrub brush to get any gunk off. If you want to disinfect a little more you can fill the reservoir with water and add a teaspoon of bleach and let it soak for 20 minutes before dumping and rinsing.

Next, remove the steam unit by removing it from the vinegar and cover up the hole that is on the bottom with your hand. Pour water in through the top to fill the unit with water then cover the top with your hand and shake the unit well.

Release the water and use a clean soft cloth to dry every part. It is very important to make sure that everything is thoroughly dried before using it.

If you are a casual CBD vapor then you want to clean your vape at least two times a week. If you use it more heavily then you will want to clean more often.
