Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize day-to-day office and HR operations in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
  • Lead HR functions including payroll, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate, organized employee records and streamline administrative workflows.
  • Field and respond to numerous daily phone calls from employees, addressing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Take initiative to resolve issues independently and proactively without requiring constant direction.
  • Support leadership in cultivating and maintaining a positive, engaging workplace culture.
  • Implement continuous improvements to internal processes to drive productivity and employee engagement.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience managing HR processes, employee records, payroll, and compliance.
  • Rippling HR Platform proficiency is required.
  • Highly Organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain structure in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong Problem Solver who can assess situations quickly and provide solutions independently.
  • High Sense of Urgency and ability to thrive under pressure without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, particularly in handling frequent employee phone calls and inquiries throughout the day.
  • Self-Starter who takes initiative and doesn’t wait for instructions to act.
