Job Responsibilities

  • Review and manage customer projects with varying levels of complexity.
  • Initiate purchase requisitions and order necessary materials.
  • Oversee projects through the production line to ensure timely completion.
  • Work closely with the sales team on incoming projects.
  • Attend daily production meetings and collaborate with all departments.

Customer Service

  • Communicate efficiently with customers to provide project updates and address inquiries.
  • Process customer orders, changes, and requests following department policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all customers’ needs are met by facilitating communication between customers and internal teams.

ERP Management

  • Update all ERP items related to projects using Global Shop ERP software.
  • Review, enter, and maintain digital storefront orders.

Quality Assurance

  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the company’s products and production requirements.
  • Review digital artwork and graphics, verify printed proofs, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Understand print layouts, crop marks, and bleed marks for accurate production.

Additional Duties

  • Perform related duties as assigned.
  • Work under limited supervision and be self-motivated.

Requirements

Industry Experience

  • Experience or knowledge in print media highly preferred.
  • Ability to review customer artwork/graphics.
  • Experience ordering various types of print materials.
  • Understanding of print layouts, crop marks, and bleed marks.
  • Ability to inspect and approve proofs.

Software Proficiency

  • Familiarity with Adobe products.
  • Experience with ClickUp project management software.
  • Prior experience with ERP software, specifically Global Shop ERP.
