Job Responsibilities
- Communicate by e-mail, Zoom, and phone business professionals about Torpac’s products.
- Answer product line, pricing, stock, lead time, shipping, and order status questions.
- Prepare quotations and accurately process customer orders via e-mail and phone.
- Quickly build rapport and “connect” with prospects and existing customers.
- Take ownership of making contact lists, reaching out to customers and updating records.
- Become knowledgeable about customer’s business practices and functions.
- Strong follow-up and feedback required with existing customers for references or tips on new trends and developments. Cross sell as appropriate or recommend upgrades when needed.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations for improvements to the company.
Requirements
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to be self-motivated to work independently.
- Strong organization, time management, and good listening skills as well as accurate, detail oriented and ability to follow up.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
- Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel; Zoom/Teams and general computer navigation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Spanish speaking a plus!
Salary
$20 to $24 per hour
