Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to all customer orders and inquiries within 24hrs or sooner.
  • Answers incoming customer emails or calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
  • Capture and record all pertinent customer information for data entry into sales and supply chain operations databases.
  • Manage customer data in ERP systems and internal trackers.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Provide the sales department with inventory/production data to assist in sales forecasting.
  • Assist accounts payable with entry of vendor invoices into the ERP system.
  • Code documents according to company procedures.
  • Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
  • Continuous improvement of systems and processes within the Sales Department and Supply Chain by creating or reviewing existing standard operating procedures.
  • Other duties as required from time to time.

Salary

$40,000 – $60,000 a year
