Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely communication with employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with workers’ compensation regulations and assist in claims management.
  • Conduct research on employment labor laws to ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Participate in organization design efforts to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support for training and development initiatives within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an HR role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of workers’ compensation processes and employment labor laws.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary

$30.00 – $45.00 per hour
