Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely communication with employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with workers’ compensation regulations and assist in claims management.
- Conduct research on employment labor laws to ensure company policies are up-to-date and compliant.
- Participate in organization design efforts to optimize workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support for training and development initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of workers’ compensation processes and employment labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Salary
$30.00 – $45.00 per hour
