Job Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Managed Services Provider (MSP): Work closely with outsourced MSP to ensure smooth operations and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Technical Support: Provide support for personal computers, related PC software, and associated networks.
  • Device Installation and Troubleshooting: Install, troubleshoot, service, and repair personal computers, software, telephones, and mobile devices.
  • Connectivity Support: Assist the team with resolving connectivity issues related to technology and ensure uninterrupted services.
  • Network Integration: Connect personal computers and other devices to existing wired, wireless, and cellular networks.
  • Setup and Configuration: Perform setups for PCs and mobile devices for end-users.
  • User Assistance and Training: Instruct and assist users in the effective use of personal computers, IT devices, and network resources.
  • Support Documentation: Maintain logs of troubleshooting activities and user support interactions using MSP Helpdesk software.
  • Security Compliance: Enforce and adhere to all security and data safety regulations, ensuring compliance during the installation, maintenance, and retirement of hardware and software.
  • Microsoft Product Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products, including Windows desktop OS, Office Suite, as well as knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
  • Communication and Customer Support: Exhibit strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and patience when assisting customers.
  • Additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Computer Science, plus at least 5 years of experience
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Office 365, Tenant Admin, One-Drive, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience using ComputerEase, Procore, Innergy, Autodesk Software a plus
