Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and needs from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps, ensuring timely resolutions
  • Maintain exceptional service while fostering relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Investigate customer issues, complaints, and replacement orders to find a successful resolution promptly, accurately, and in a reasonable amount of time
  • Function efficiently within a team environment to meet business objectives
  • Ability to schedule appointments
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of cabinet design experience
  • 2+ years of 2020 Kitchen Design or equivalent design software experience like Sketchup or Revit
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to communicate clear, concise objectives and expectations with customers, team members, and management.
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Prior customer service experience is required for those who have worked in the cabinet industry.
  • On-time and reliable attendance for scheduled workdays

Salary

$17 – $21/hr
