Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and needs from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer’s reps, ensuring timely resolutions
- Maintain exceptional service while fostering relationships with both internal and external customers
- Investigate customer issues, complaints, and replacement orders to find a successful resolution promptly, accurately, and in a reasonable amount of time
- Function efficiently within a team environment to meet business objectives
- Ability to schedule appointments
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the management
Requirements
- 2+ years of cabinet design experience
- 2+ years of 2020 Kitchen Design or equivalent design software experience like Sketchup or Revit
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to communicate clear, concise objectives and expectations with customers, team members, and management.
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Prior customer service experience is required for those who have worked in the cabinet industry.
- On-time and reliable attendance for scheduled workdays

$17 – $21/hr
