Job Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case preparation by conducting thorough legal research.
- Manage legal documents through effective document management systems, ensuring accuracy in filing and organization.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct client interviews to gather necessary information for case development.
- Support project management tasks by tracking deadlines and coordinating schedules for court appearances and meetings.
- Handle data entry and clerical tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date case files.
- Administrative support, including managing phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a legal or administrative role within a law office
- Proficiency in legal software applications
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear legal documents.

Salary
$60,000 – $65,000 a year
