Job Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery used in the manufacturing of ammunition components
  • Follow detailed work instructions, job orders, and safety protocols
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to ensure specifications are met
  • Monitor machine operation and adjust settings to maintain quality and output
  • Perform routine maintenance, clean equipment, and report mechanical issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Accurately complete production records and related paperwork
  • Collaborate with other operators, maintenance staff, and supervisors to meet production targets

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1–2 years of machine operation experience, preferably in a manufacturing or ammunition-related environment
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality control standards
  • Understanding of manufacturing safety procedures
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening in compliance with federal firearms regulations

Salary

$20 to $25 per hour
