Job Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment
- Working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Conducting preventative and predictive maintenance
- Using hand tools and basic multi‐meter skills
- Supporting conveyor systems and sensor‐based equipment
- Fabricating parts as needed
- Wiring 480v motors
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Requirements
We’re seeking a well‐rounded technician with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality. Ideal candidates will have:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician
- Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and use a multi‐meter
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
- Experience with hand tools and basic welding (MIG/TIG a plus)
- Fabrication skills
- ACDC knowledge
- Experience working with conveyors and sensors
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfort working in varying temperatures
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
- Strong communication skills and reliable attendance
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Salary
$25 – $35/hr
