Job Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment
  • Working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Conducting preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Using hand tools and basic multi‐meter skills
  • Supporting conveyor systems and sensor‐based equipment
  • Fabricating parts as needed
  • Wiring 480v motors
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment

Requirements

We’re seeking a well‐rounded technician with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and use a multi‐meter
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
  • Experience with hand tools and basic welding (MIG/TIG a plus)
  • Fabrication skills
  • ACDC knowledge
  • Experience working with conveyors and sensors
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
  • Comfort working in varying temperatures
  • Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Strong communication skills and reliable attendance
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
