Job Responsibilities
Recruiting & HR Support
- Manage job postings and candidate pipelines across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring timelines
- Support onboarding processes, background checks, and new hire documentation
- Maintain accurate HR and recruiting records within HR systems
Administrative & HR Operations
- Assist with HR reporting, tracking, and documentation
- Support compliance-related documentation and audits as needed
- Coordinate schedules, calendars, and internal communications
- Provide general administrative support to HR leadership
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience required
- Experience in wealth management, financial services, RIA, banking, or professional services preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment
Salary
