Job Responsibilities

Recruiting & HR Support

  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines across platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring timelines
  • Support onboarding processes, background checks, and new hire documentation
  • Maintain accurate HR and recruiting records within HR systems

Administrative & HR Operations

  • Assist with HR reporting, tracking, and documentation
  • Support compliance-related documentation and audits as needed
  • Coordinate schedules, calendars, and internal communications
  • Provide general administrative support to HR leadership

Requirements

  • 2+ years of HR and/or recruiting experience required
  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, RIA, banking, or professional services preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable working with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and remote collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment

$28–$30 per hour
