Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand goals to grow followers and engagement.
Create, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, reels, stories, and posts for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
Research and stay up to date on current trends, memes, and viral content formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
Engage actively with followers — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions to build community.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategy based on insights.
Manage posting schedules and maintain a consistent posting calendar.
Test and experiment with different content types (live videos, polls, stories, collaborations, etc.) to boost visibility and growth.

Requirements

Proven experience as a social media content creator, influencer, or digital marketer with measurable follower growth results.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement tactics.
Excellent skills in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram Creative Suite).
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling captions and storytelling posts.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
