After shipping the first batch to the developers, Google has just released its tech specs designed for the Google Glasses.

The glasses have camera with five megapixels for the photos but it films only in 720p.

They have usable memory of 12 GB and have Google cloud synced with it so contains flash memory of 16 GB in total.

Bluetooth and Wi-Fi support the glasses but not with 3G, something that may be considered a drawback for short term.

The glasses also happen to be compatible with any phone that is supported by Bluetooth though the app MyGlass companion that enables SMS messaging and GPS needs Android 4.0.3(the sandwich of Ice Cream) for it to work.

With typical use, the battery lasts for a day. However, video recording and Google Hangouts will lead to the battery being used up quickly.
